Salesforce field mapping

After connecting to Salesforce (SFDC), I can see the objects that can be mapped to. However, for Contacts, I only see 5 values from my form which contains many custom fields. Any ideas on what needs to be done to be able to see the rest of the form fields? Screenshot attached.

Resolved. Need to clear cache or use another browser.
