Section field inside of repeater field

I try use visibility conditional logic on a Section field or a second Repeater field placed inside of a Repeater fiel but the section or the second Repeater field are always visible. Does anyone know if this is normal or is it abnormal behavior?

Both repeaters and sections are actually embedded forms. You can't embed a section inside of a repeater or another section.
