Hi folks I would like to have a form which people can use to book themselves onto an online meeting. Once I have approved their booking, I would like an automatic email to be sent to them which includes an .ics calendar invite so they can add it right into their diaries. There will be multiple people booking onto the online meeting, so I would set up the form with the details that need to be sent out for that specific meeting. Were I to do another online meeting like this, I would create a new form I think.
