Hi folks
I would like to have a form which people can use to book themselves onto an online meeting.
Once I have approved their booking, I would like an automatic email to be sent to them which includes an .ics calendar invite so they can add it right into their diaries.
There will be multiple people booking onto the online meeting, so I would set up the form with the details that need to be sent out for that specific meeting. Were I to do another online meeting like this, I would create a new form I think.

...but it is pretty old and I haven't a clue what it means anyway!
Any thoughts?

I'll be honest that I'm not clear what your question is. The code in that tutorial is custom code that someone wrote to set up and email an ICS file when the form entry (in your case a booking) is created or updated. I'm also unclear what you mean by "Were I to do another online meeting like this, I would create a new form I think."
