I would like to display progress bar and page title with steps some other places, so can you provide the shortcode for it? Thanks in Advance.

What do you by "some other places"? It's not clear what you want to do. If you mean moving the progress bar to another location on the same form, then it's done with CSS. There is no shortcode.
