some form doesnt comes with SSL

Hi in my webpage, there are 3 forms and my website is comes with SSL. unfortunately, 2 out from 3 forms doesnt appeared SSL when filling the form. where do i missing and why only 1 form have a SSL.   thank you

SSL is not a form setting. SSL is a sitewide setting controlled by your webserver. If you have links on your page that are http, change them to https.
