My stripe connection is not connecting. When I click on connect in the settings area, it redirects me to a 404 not found error page. Please advise how I can get error logs and do some debugging to fix this and get stripe connected. Thanks in advance.

I did some digging and found this article: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/see-404-page-save-form-settings/ Now I am wondering could either of those rules be causing my issue... I am going to contact my web hosting provider and have them disable rule 941320 and/or 218500 in mod security; as the article suggests. Any other suggestions would be welcome.  Thank you in advance.

I am still in communication with my hosting provider. They use a custom security solution not mod security so this solution did not solve the issue with me getting forwarded to a 404 page instead of stripe.com when clicking the "Connect to stripe" button.

Any ideas on how to get the buttons to work would be great. Thanks in advance.

After doing some debugging as well as installing formidable in a staging environment where it was the only plugin with the Stripe Addon and going back and fourth over the last two days with my hosting providers tech support they tell me there is no reason any 403 or 404 error should be occurring.  They provided a strace output which is attached to this thread to show me that it is a problem with Formidable causing this.  I'd really appreciate it if someone would provide some assistance in getting to the bottom of this!  Thank you in advance.  -Davood Denavi

After more back and forth conversation with the hosting provider and a little bit of conversation my client I have decided we are going to move the payment forms into WooCommerce since Stripe is connected to our WooCommerce install and we need to keep WooCommerce for a course that my client sells.
