Surveys both per user and anonymous - possible?

My site has multiple surveys for registered users only. For some surveys, I'd like to be personal with entries relating to the user, but other surveys I'd like to be truly anonymous.
Seems to me that entries are always recorded with a user if a user is logged-in. Can I change that so that I cannot track entries for anonymous surveys?

Don't put anonymous surveys behind the login. No login == truly anonymous.

I failed to say that I still want my users to change their answers to all surveys. This should be a system where all users continually rate anything.
But, you say/imply what I expected, my requirements are simply "wrong". I should probably let go, enter the Zen and be happy. Thanks again :)

Then you don't have a choice. Editing forms requires the use of login and user id otherwise there's no other wsy to identify the user that entered the data.
