Hello Team
Is there any way I can add thousand separators to numbers on View?
I notice that if the input type is number, I can add [x thousands_sep=","]
but it doesn't work if the input type is text... T_T
I want my entries that are text to have thousand separators..

You can create a custom shortcode that's about 3 lines long and it uses PHP's number_format to format the value you pass into the shortcode.
