Time field option order

The time fields show the hours in the order 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5 Would there be a way for me to arbitrarily control this order? I simply want 1,2,3,4...

I fixed myself using a str_replace filter hooked on the content to rearrange the option tags.
