Hello Brains trust! I'm having an issue where I can't access the field options on my forms- I can drag and drop fields around but can't make any edits via the field options, i can get into general settings front page but all the other areas under general settings like messages defaults, permissions etc won't let me in. I've tried deactivating all other plugins, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the lite and pro plugin, no luck.  I'm using the latest version of WP and Formidable Pro on the Avada theme. Have never had a problem before.

The site is running php version 7.4.9 could that be an issue? Here's my Server Environment
Server Info: [?] Microsoft-IIS/10.0

GD Library: [?] bundled (2.1.0 compatible) My dev has also given me a screenshot of a "popper" issue, sorry it's beyond my mental bandwith to understand what this means - would it be impacting my issue?

Anyone experienced this problem and found a fix?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

jQuery errors will definitely cause problems where you least expect them. The standard way to track down these types of errors is to deactivate all your plugins and reactivate one by one and note when the problem occurs. You should also switch your theme to one of the WordPress default themes, e.g., 2024

From that screen shot your dev sent, popper is your issue and popper is part of Formidable but it's being blocked from loading on your site due to some sort of cybersecurity issue having to do with encryption integrity. I would do 2 things. First, open a ticket with Strategy 11 support and attach the screen shot your developer gave you. That's critical evidence of something gone haywire, but I cannot be certain it actually has anything to do with Formidable. I don't know why you should have an encryption integrity error for anything having to do with Formidable unless it's some sort of security feature enabled by your web host. You need to open a second ticket with them as well. Share that screen print with them, too. Ask them to explain why the encryption is being applied to that particular file. You might even need to include a site virus scan added to your adventure.
