Update shortcode [updated-at]

Looking for suggestions about how to only show update info when user updates their info, not when admin makes any changes.

Is it even possible?

The wp_frm_items table has an "updated by" field that stores the WordPress ID of the user making the update. I don't know how you would access the details though without writing your own custom PHP code.
