We're thinking about using FF for our translation services website. Something like this:

-The customer will select up to three potential vendors (translators) from their search/filter results and click "Get my quote(s)"
-The vendors are notified and submit a form, in turn, for how much they will charge for the translation
-The customer can log back in, select which translator they want, and process the payment

So for example, let's say I (a customer) need a file translated from English to Spanish. Michael, Jim and Pam all appear to meet my qualifications, so I pick all three. Michael says he can do it for $212, Jim $300, Pam $350. I check back in the next day, am presented with my three options. Michael's my man, so I pick him, go through some sort of checkout process and am charged the correct $212.

I think all of this is generally possible with Formidable Forms, but the part in bold is the part I'm wondering about: How does the website know to charge $212? -- I've worked with plenty of online shopping carts before, but those all involved physical products. This is not SKU-based and the pricing will change case-to-case. I do not want somebody to have to log into the admin dashboard and manually create invoices -- this should be done automatically whenever Michael submits his form with the $212 quote. I don't necessarily need to be told exactly how to do this, but I just want to know if it's possible within the confines of Formidable Forms.
