There's an excellent Trails demo, as well as other demos here: https://formidableforms.com/demos/   But.... where is the how-to for it? Thanks!

Not sure. It used to be there, but likely hasn't been updated since the demos were created long ago. They may have removed the code as it's no longer applicable and have not updated it.

Many of the demos are downloadable. Some are available as apps in Formidable. If you can download the source code and import the functionality into your Formidable, why would you need a "how to". You'll have everything you need ready to go.
