Where to add custom CSS in version 6.0?

After upgrading to version 6.0, I can not longer find where to add custom CSS.  I will be grateful if someone can assist me with locating where this feature is in version 6.0. Best Wishes Albert

The 6.0 release broke a few things that have since been fixed. Update to the latest 6.1.1 version and you should be fine.
