Which plan should be purchased:
We want to collect the specialties and contact details of professionals and display them on the website.
eg: 
-name (text)
-field of expertise (checkbox)
-city (text)
-phone number (phone)
-email adress (email)
-available online? (radio button)
-image
-short description (text)
We would like to list all of them in the website and filter by city, by field of expertise...
Would be good, if the professionals can enter their data and admin can approve them.
