Any difference if you temporarily enable the default theme or on a blank page? Seems like something is overriding the CSS.

Hi Bobby, thank you for your answer. Do you mean the style default theme? If so it is on the default.  I've attached preview on a blank page and this is my result

How about if you disable all plugins except Formidable?

I tried this - the only 2 plugins I have activated are Formidable Forms & Formidable Forms Pro (I need both right)?

Your theme's CSS is probably overriding Formidable's. Do you know how to use your browser's inspection tools?

Then use the browser tools to find the offending CSS and override it manually.

Oh perhaps I underestimated your question! I have no idea what to look for, I simply know how to inspect and open the console!
