https://dev.firesuite.net/tidewatermaster/lasik/quiz/ -> click button goes away?   i have set the click in the style editor to have a background color - no change ..   on this one when you click submit it rotating something?? inside the button? i dont have any transforms or anything its seems like formidable is wanting to rotate something https://www.kovacheye.com/lasik/quiz/   any one have any clues on how to prevent this?

You have the form set to submit with Ajax. Turn Ajax off.

Then, I'm stumped. I couldn't see anything in your CSS to do this but it is very likely CSS related. There could be theme or another plugin's CSS that could be causing the abnormal behavior.
