When I use the "Send Email" action in the notifications feature to send an email immediately, the email retains all the visual content and formatting defined by the HTML code, including images and styles. However, when I schedule the same email using the time automation option, the email is received as plain text, stripping away all the HTML formatting. I need to understand why this discrepancy occurs and how to ensure that the scheduled emails also preserve the HTML content.
