I'm assuming all of my forms are stored in the database and doing an uninstall and reinstall won't be an issue ... but I need to be sure before I do it.  Something seems to have been corrupted.  I've deactivated every plugin and used just the WP 2024 theme but my login form will not show errors. I've tried so many things today that my security locked me out :D

Don't do anything drastic! Formidable does store all of its forms in tables. Did you enable WordPress debug? Did you check the browser console for jQuery errors? The problem may not even be within Formidable, but Formidable could be a victim of an error coming from someplace else.

With most plugins, a fresh install isn't "drastic" ... I'm just not sure how this one would handle things.

I am just learning to debug because I'm a designer first and just learning development. css and HTML are simple but actionable code messes with my mind. Yes, I've seen errors in the inspector on Firefox but I couldn't figure out where they were coming from.

I'm also flat broke on this project. Was doing it extremely cheap for a non-profit and I've already paid half of my tiny pay to someone to do back end coding ... some worked, some never did and I had to completely disable it. No, I won't mention names, so don't ask please. Nice person, it seems that I just wanted something that's probably impossible and the person tried really hard to make it do what I needed.

My point there was .... uninstalling and reinstalling is MUCH faster for me and this project was supposed to already be done.

So what will it do?

I don't know what it would do. I have never had a reason to do a complete reinstall and I've been using FF for over a decade on hundreds of projects. Errors are usually traceable to conflicts of some sort. I would do whatever I had to do to troubleshoot the problem first and see if there's a simple solution.
