Can the "ADD RECORD" button be placed at the top of the repeater data fields instead of at the end of them?  OR Can the functionality of the "ADD RECORD" button be coded into a button on the same page as a multi page form?

You can move the buttons with CSS. div.frm_form_field.frm_hidden_container.frm_repeat_buttons { position: absolute; top: -3.2rem; } Adjust the top dimension for the correct spacing for your fonts.
