We need a little more information. Are you using Formidable to create WordPress Users? Does BuddyPress provide hooks to access its data programmatically? Where are BuddyPress member types stored? When integrating Formidable with an other system, you need to have as many details about the other system as possible.

I wish I knew the answers to any of those questions. I've started looking for an automation plugin that assigns users role to members types. But thank you for your time.
