Hello :) 

We have a dropdown question about where the user heard about us:

How did you hear about our program?
One option is 'Company employee'.

We would love for if someone selects this option, for a text line to appear for them to type in the person's name.

Is this possible? If not, what do you suggest?

We do have the premium Formidable Forms license.

Yes, you can do this with conditional logic. Use a text field and set the condition to show if field xx = "Company Employee" See this: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/using-conditional-logic/
