I have a simple objective. I want the placeholder text and user input for a specific field in one of my forms (it happens to be a date field) to be centered horizontally within the field. Please help.

I think that is covered here somewhat -> https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/field-options/#kb-label-position You'll want it as a placeholder inside the field and then you'll have to add some CSS to get it centered up.
