I'm trying to change the text color on the confirmation message because the green isn't consistent with our site's style. I've managed to change the background color, but nothing I do changes the text color! Adding !important to the CSS or writing inline CSS doesn't make a difference.

If you mean to change this for all your forms, you can do this in Formidable > Styles.
