can you create custom HTML email notifications?
to show banner, then the data, below in tables?
with the Shortcodes, in the tables?

You can use a view for your custom email. Views can be formatted any way you’d like. See this: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/customize-html/

I like to say that simply, anything you can do in HTML, you can do in your email, customizing it in various ways, with shortcodes, etc.
