I have a form that has 20 questions. Each question has a paragraph field for an answer.
Is there a shortcode to show how many questions were answered in a percentage? So, for example, if 15 questions were answered and 5 left blank, it would say, "75% Complete".

No shortcode for this unless you write one yourself. Multi-page forms can use a rootline to show percentage complete. See this: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/page-breaks/#kb-how-to-set-up-a-rootline
