I am using Memberpress and want to create a form that is available to everyone but have the submissions show to only members. This would be text and downloads and would need to be searchable. Even better is I could separate by type.

There's absolutely nothing in your question that can help use form an answer for you. What are types? What text and downloads need to be searchable? You're using Memberpress and want a form to be available to everyone, does this means the public in general or only people enrolled through Memberpress? Are users logged in when filling out the form? Are you capturing the user id of the user filling out the form? Details are important. You know what you want to accomplish but nobody else here does. Please provide as much detail as possible and include a link or images so we can understand your design and what you want to accomplish.

@Deanna, Here's one potential solution: Use a view or views to build what fields from the form(s) you'd like members, and then put the view or views on a page that's only for members and/or members at a certain level. Page builders like Elementor and beaver Builder support conditional logic so that you can set the visibility of containers, sections, rows, and elements based on things like roles, and logged/in/out status. As a general rule, I put a user id field on any form that's got any data specific to an individual submitting the form, regardless of the person submitting the data is a member or not. Hope this helps.
