I've created a multiple page-break (7 pages) of various questions in the form of checkboxes. What I want to do is provide a conditioned outcome based on the various items they chose. Let me give you an example: This is a skincare/wellness "consultation" where they select all their concerns. IF they checked acne or acne scarring THEN their emailed response would include a recommendation for IPL Laser Treatment (and then a little blurb of what that is, and a link to read more).  IF they checked weightloss THEN their emailed response would include a recommendation for a Nutrition Plan.  They can select as many concerns as they want. What I'm trying to do is provide some pre-defined conditioned answers that get populated in an email to them based on their selections. I've got the form itself fairly figured out, but I don't know how to create the solutions based on responses. Anyone done anything like that?  For a live example of what I'm trying to do, you can check this out: https://facialbarkc.com/find-my-facial/

Hi, In your email action, you can use the Conditionals tab in the Customizations Panel and set the responses accordingly. Optionally, you can get creative with conditional Confirmations, or use the Quiz feature and instead of treating it like a quiz, treat it like a product configurator. If you need to skip pages in your form, based on selections in the form, you can use the conditional logic features inside the form itself. But in that case, it only skips the next page if a condition is met. Lastly, the conditional logic inside the form itself is great when using the HTML field. Maybe set a bunch of fields with default values to represent the responses/feedback in real time, set them to be visible only to Admins, then set conditions in the form to show html fields with the shortcodes for those values when the condition is met. Then combine with the conditional confirmation and conditional email.   hope this helps Conditional panel
