How do I remove line 1 and line 2 in address field that is marked required?

For our specific form, we don't want to collect the street address. So I'd like to remove the top two lines. However, the address field is a required field, so what do I need to do for the two lines to disappear without triggering validation errors?

Use frm_validate_field_entry and write some code like this.
