I am hoping someone with experience in this area can help me out:
Here's my issue: PayPal has been set up and is working - I tested with real money and it went through. But this PayPal account is new, so PayPal is holding the funds until some time (as long as 21 days) after my client checks off the "item" as "shipped".  Annoying that may be, I (and my client) can live with it.
However, what this website sells is a service - not physical goods. So I want to mark it as such and remove references to shipping. Is it possible to be done in Formidable Forms? 
Appreciate any help!

Why are you using PayPal and not Stripe? No waiting period with Stripe and money is automatically transferred to the associated bank account.
