hi how do i redirect a user to a url when they select an option in the form

Use the On Submit section of the General Settings to set up a redirect and then, either use conditional code in the URL itself or use the frm_redirect_url hook.

thank you for your response. what i want to achieve is that the form has a radio button for yes or no and upon NO, i want the user automatically redirected .

If you're talking about redirecting when the user clicks the no option, you'll need to use jQuery. If you're referring to the form being redirected when the form is submitted, choose one of the methods from my previous answer.
