Hi all, I am creating a website for a client, and one of the features they requested is a page where they can generate a PDF from a list of items selected on the page. It is a static one-pager with a list of 100 items, each with a checkbox. Once they select the items they want, there will be a button to download the selected items as a PDF.

Thanks in advance! I have included the quick prototype, hopefully i conveyed the idea. Is this something that Formidable Form can do?

Do you expect the PDF to be an editable form? It's easy to create the form and generate the PDF, but PDF forms generated through code are printable only. As far as I know, there's no way to create fillable PDF form programmatically without customization.
