I'd like to be able to have a capacity of individual options within one form. Is there a way to hide fields and/or options after x number of entries have submitted for it?
I'm trying to create a multiple date registration form, with multiple arrival time options within each date. Simply Schedule Appointments doesn't offer a multiple date select option which makes the process annoying when booking more than 1 date. Plus, these dates are set events.
Here's the idea of the form:
April Vendor Spot Registration
- Event Date (Toggle) (Limited To 20 Total Users/Entries)
- Conditional Section (If Date Is Toggled "On")
- Arrival Time Selection (Limited to 5 Individual Users Per Time)
- (Repeat For 8 Total Dates Per Month)
- Total Price Calculated by Dates Toggled "Yes"
- Confirm & Pay
I'd then like to feed these responses to a Calendar View filtered to Current User so people that entered can have a place where they see what dates and times they paid for.
Ideas? I'd like it to be one form. Would a Form made up of Sub-Forms for each limited options be a way to do this?
