I have an extensive multistep form for applications. This is available in 7 languages. The translations are clear and work.
My question is now whether it is possible that the form is displayed in the respective language (incl. translated dropdown lists) but then only the English equivalents are displayed in the form entries (or the email with the form that goes to the admin).
So: Title (Form language) = Italian -> Title (Entry -> forms entries website) = English
Dropdown (select entry) Italy in form but Dropdown (select entry) in the form entries (website) in English.
