I use FF for our website an it works fine.
But I made a new form and let the user attach some pictures. Now the e-mail confirmation is send to the sender, but the administrator doesn't receive an e-mail at all.
Please help me to solve this problem.
Did you set up confirmation actions for both the user and admin? There should be one for each email.
Yes, for user and admin the confirmation is on.
Probably there was an cache-problem yesterday, as I received today 2 mails including the attachments. So the problem seems gone.
I have an other question is this matter.
In the e-mail settings you must activate "attach CSV or entry to email". The result is 2 attachments in the admin mail;
1) csv file with the information about user etc;
2) the real attachment (jpg).
I only want the attachment from the user.
