We take photos of children with cancer and have the families fill out an information form. We also like to schedule their photo session at the same time.
 
Is there a way to have the form submit and the Simply Schedule appointment submit buttons combined?  In the past, we have had them directed to the scheduling page after they submit the form, but I'd rather keep it all on one page if possible?
