Please tell me a solution for managing the clients of an advertising agency.
I would like each client (newspaper for example) to have a private account where they can receive orders and upload confirmation of their publication in the form with a link, a picture or PDF report.
Also, I would like the orders to be sent to their private account and from another form situated allready on my website.
I have already created this form, but it only sends orders to email. I would like these orders to reach the selected ones in their private account, where below order, they can confirm the publication with a link or picture.
Thank you very much.
"Please tell me a solution"
There's not enough information to design a solution for you, and even there was, it's doubtful that any volunteer is going to that for free.
You are asking for someone with whom you do not have a business relationship to put in a lot of time into your project.
What you need to do is map your business processes and produce a Business Requirements Definition (BRD) before any developer can help solve your problem.
You need to answer questions like, who are the actors? What are the Use Cases and scenarios you want to pursue. Is what you want to do feasible?
It is feasible that everything you want to accomplish is achievable with Formidable, but putting in the hours required to tell you a solution, is not feasible.
If you have a budget, you should probably consider hiring a developer: https://formidable-masterminds.com/developers-directory/
You are right. In fact my only problem is how to get a message from an existing form (after the visitor checked an option) in a page where I have another form.
Let me see if I understand this. You have 2 forms A and B. A user checks an option on Form A and you want Form B to send the message? Is that correct?
A user checks an option which is send by email and also in the form B where are oher options and functions
This doesn't really explain your business process.
You said, "A user checks an option". Where does the user select the option, Form A or Form B?
Then you say, "is send by email". Sent to whom and by what mechanism?
"also in the form B where are oher options and functions". I have no idea what this means. You have explain your business process more clearly. What are the other options and functions? How is Form B related to Form A. What is the field that defines the relationship?
If you want help solving this problem, please be very specific.
