I am having an issue that the email notifications will not send if a form is updated unless going to the backend and pressing Resend Emails. How can I get this to happen when the form is updated on the front end. I am using Formidable forms for maintenance ticket forms and require it to send emails to various departments as the ticket is updated.

I'll start with the easy question as to whether your form's email notification's "Trigger this action when" field includes "Entry is updated".
