Hi, How can I create a Vcard with the data collected in a form?? My knowledge of codes is practically nil, I would appreciate any help.

You can create a vcard with custom PHP code. Here's a tutorial for creating a vcard: https://phppot.com/php/how-to-export-contact-as-vcard-using-php/
To use something like this with Formidable, you'd have to call the functions from a Formidable Hook, but which hook depends on the process you want to create. Do you want to create it when the form is saved and attach it to an email, or do have another idea?

Your requirement is definitely feasible, it just requires a lot of custom development work to accomplish your goal. You also need to connect to a QR code generator API to create the QR Codes. If you need to hire a developer, I'd plan on a budget for 2-days worth of development time. Planning a budget doesn't mean you have to spend that much, but it should be thought of as the maximum investment. It all depends on how much you're willing to pay a developer to do the work.
