Greetings. I am working on an instant quote functionality for a platform meant to connect people planning for events (Consumers)  with venues that offer the right services to help them (Providers).  I want providers to be able to fill in a form on their front end, stating name, description, fixed cost and variable cost of their services. This service addition is done on a repeater field for ease of the provider to state their services. Once the provider completes this form, a new consumer facing form should be created based on the providers input.  Example: The provider states on their front end form that their "Catering" (Service name)  services consists of "Basic meal and wine" (Service description) and has a price of 1.000USD (Fixed cost) plus 40USD per person (Variable cost).  Then, this form creates another form on the front end, for the consumer to be able to select whether or not they pick the "Catering" service, and then they can choose the quantity, which is used by the backend to make calculations based on fixed and variable cost to come up with an instant quote.  The challenge really is to take the information from the provider filled form and put it into the consumer facing form. I am new to wordpress and formidable, and have absolutely no idea how to proceed.
