Hello Paid Help Pros,

I'm going to be travelling for the next few days, but I'm looking for modification help for my subscriber registration screens, and I've been having trouble connecting with my usual pro, as we've both been very busy.

I modified my pricing page to include quarterly and yearly subscription renewal options:

These are the registration pages (forms actually) I need modified:

I'm looking to find someone who can modify these pages so they can include quarterly and annual renewal options for each page.

I'm wanting the registration pages to be coded so that, if they choose monthly, quarterly, or annual from the pricing page, they’ll be directed to the registration pages according to the option they selected.

For example, we don’t want a new pricing page for quarterly or annual, we want them to be the same pages, but with the quarterly and annual pricing available, and defaulted radio button based on renewal frequency.
