From the assistance we were told that formidable does not provide for this function, but that there is a method, using two modules, to remedy this problem; We have been explained how to do it but at the moment we do not succeed.   Could you give us a hand by doing it for us? What is the cost?     Below what we would need, thank you in advance.   - the user enters name, surname, e-mail, telephone number.   - He is offered 14/15 questions (with 4 alternatives).   The test is to be considered "passed" to reach 80% of the exact answers. In this case, the user receives an email with the score obtained, the list of questions and a dynamic certificate in pdf. The dynamic certificate will have a preset graphic and the dynamic data to be entered will only be the first and last name of the user.   If the test is not passed, the user has three attempts to do so, by recognizing the email.
