I'm on the lookout for a someone skilled in WordPress, HTML, JavaScript, Formidable Forms, and Possibly Python as well. I need someone who can provide an agreeable rate for web development tasks in 15-minute increments, instead of an hourly rate. I typically handle 85-95% of the web programming, leaving the smaller, more advanced portions for the ideal person or persons.
