Hello, I would like to know which plan out of Elite, Business , Plus , Basic  should I purchase if I want to let my logged in users view and edit their own entries in the wordpress front end?

You should be able to do frontend editing on all levels.  You set that in the settings of your form under form permissions.  You can setup frontend editing and identify what levels of users can do so.
