Ok, I may be dreaming here but I swear a few months ago I saw a Zapier integration that was triggered based on a Formidable Form Update (Not a new entry or a deletion).
However, I no longer see that as an option in Zapier or even in the Formidable Forms documentation.
This functionality is important for so many applications.
Has anyone here found a way to do this?

I can confirm "update" isn't there. You'll have to open a support ticket with Strategy 11. As community volunteers with no affiliation with Strategy 11, we can't help you with this one.
