Multi form application

Hi all Is it possible to create a multi form solution like in a database where a field is "linked" to another form. Eg If I have a list of cars can I link the car ID to a form to list the parts of this car?

You can accomplish things like this, yes. Using lookup fields you can link things together. There are a few ways to do this. https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/lookup/
