The form is theoretically centered. You have some grid styling you probably need to refactor as the way it is. Remove all the styles of your fields and re-build them using the drag and drop visual editor.

If you expect the form width to be smaller, go to styles and create a custom style with a custom width and then apply that back over in the form specific styling settings under "Style Template".

So then i'm guessing I cant have 2x 1/4 fields centred?
As If I set the width to be smaller this will affect the entire form and not just individual fields right?
As it stands I need the fields on pages 2 & 3 of the form to be 100%

Thanks again anyway I will just have to go with 100% for all fields.

It's going to do 1/4 width of whatever the total width is (by default is 100%). 2 quarters leave a half to remain in the same row. If you did two 1/2 width and then changed the form width, it might visually make it "look" right but the math doesn't add up if you leave 1/2 after using two 1/4 widths in a row. All of those grid styles have to add up to 1 whole.

The template width is the outermost container of all fields, yes.

You can play with the field size setting within the field and get different kinds of results as well.
