Forms not sending emails

After many years of use, two of my forms no longer send emails when filled in and submitted. All my other forms seem to be working fine. I tried recreating the two forms and found that they will send emails if I only include two fields in the form. If I include more than two fields, they will not send.  What the heck? So weird and I can't find anyone to help me. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

After I switched to Twilio SendGrid, I've found that even my legacy forms send emails with no failures except when the mails bounce because of bad addresses or some other issue on the reception end of things, and the issues are very easy to pinpoint in the logs there, too, which helps identify and resolve any issues more quickly.

As a starting point, I suggest installing WP Mail Logging to see if your site is actually trying to send the email.  Sometimes you're trying to send and it's going to the wrong place or something, though the number of fields angle sounds really crazy. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ also, have you gone through the Formidable checklist - https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/why-isnt-my-form-sending-emails/#kb-need-help-with-troubleshooting

Thank you so much to both of you!! I can't find anyone to help me and I appreciate your time!! I have WP Mail Logging and checked it to see if they are going through and it shows that they are being sent and there are no error messages for the ones did were not received in my email. I tried forms that we are currently using and they are going through to the email just fine. It's just the two older ones and any new forms with more than two fields that are not going through to the email (even though they all show in WP Mail Logging as having been sent).  I also checked the Formidable "entries" folder and it shows them being filled out. I also checked to see that I am current with my payment for Formidable Plus and we are current. Do you know of any telephone numbers for Formidable? I opened two tickets for this issue and have received no response back from Formidable.
