Clicking on any link in the left sidebar of Settings is not working (does nothing to bring you to that setting). This is also happening on the form picker dropdown in the top corner, as well as the Embed link, Preview Dropdown and Update button--nothing works, just adds hashing.
e.g. On clicking the "Actions & Notifications" menu item: .../wp-admin/admin.php?page=formidable&frm_action=settings&id=49#email_settings
For versions:
We are setup as a Network Site with folders, e.g. domain.com/sitename/....
We have Formidable Pro which is does not have a 6.0.1 release.
WordPress is still supporting 7.1.7.

That's not true. You're looking at old information. This is what the WordPress download page says: "Recommend PHP 7.4 or greater and MySQL 5.7 or MariaDB version 10.3 or greater."
No commercial plugin supports any PHP Version that has reached end of life. You need to upgrade or use your old site without Formidable. And by the way, PHP 7.4 has reached end of life as well. If you're going to upgrade, you need to upgrade to PHP 8 or above.
Thanks for the info--but the latest update to Formidable has corrected our issue.

Formidable Forms Pro released a 6.1.1 build this weekend which has corrected the issues we were having.
