Not sure we are there yet with the AI field. The guide prompt is more for you to tell ChatGPT how to behave. “act an expert in the field of biology” or something along those lines. I havnt seen anything related to the passing of values yet.

Also, the AI field doesn't work when embedding the API script (yet?)
Not sure. In my testing I can’t get the AI field to work with Repeated Fields as watched fields. It works well for its basic intention. I am sure they will be adding functionality as it progresses.
